• Weekly insight reports

Our service uses artificial intelligence to generate research reports and analysis based on your inputs and preferences.

Account Registration

Eligibility

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts

Account Security

• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• We are not liable for losses from unauthorized use

Subscription Plans

Free Plan

• Basic features

Plus Plan ($12/month)

• Unlimited daily idea validations
• Unlimited weekly services
• All features and priority support

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Prices are in US dollars (USD)
• Payment is processed through Stripe
• No refunds for partial months

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You retain access to Plus features until period end
• No refunds for unused time

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Scrape or harvest data through automated means
• Resell or redistribute our service without permission
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Generate content that violates applicable laws

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content

• StartSlaps platform, design, and technology are owned by PixelX Inc.
• Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements are protected
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property

Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you submit
• You grant us a license to process and analyze your content
• We may use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement
• You represent that you have rights to all submitted content

AI-Generated Content

• Reports and analysis generated by StartSlaps are provided to you
• You may use AI-generated content for your business purposes
• AI outputs may not be entirely accurate; verify important information
• We do not claim ownership of your specific AI-generated reports

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

• We provide the service "as is" and "as available"
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Scheduled maintenance may temporarily limit access
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features

AI Accuracy

• AI-generated content is for informational purposes only
• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability
• Reports should not be solely relied upon for business decisions

No Warranties

Data and Privacy

• Your use of StartSlaps is governed by our Privacy Policy
• We collect and process data as described in the Privacy Policy
• You consent to data processing necessary for service delivery
• We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security

Termination

By You

• You may delete your account at any time
• Canceling subscription does not delete your account
• Account deletion is permanent and irreversible

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse the service or harm other users
• Fail to pay subscription fees

Upon termination:

• Access to the service is immediately revoked

• Outstanding fees remain due
